What you’ll build

You’ll work across several flagship platforms including

  • AI-powered decision support systems
  • Customer identity and data platforms
  • Marketing measurement and optimisation platforms
  • •Geospatial intelligence products
  • Enterprise APIs and cloud-native services
  • Data platforms processing millions of customer interactions
  • Generative AI applications transforming how global businesses make decisions

What you’ll do

As a Junior Software Engineer you will

  • Build and improve product features with support from experienced engineers
  • Develop APIs, backend services and user-facing applications
  • Write clear, reliable and well-tested code
  • Work with cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
  • Help build data and AI-powered solutions
  • Debug issues and contribute to production support
  • Take part in code reviews and learn modern engineering practices
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers and Product Managers
  • Work with engineering teams across the global dentsu network
  • Grow your technical skills while contributing to products used by enterprise clients

What we’re looking for

  • Up to 2 years of professional software development experience, including internships or graduate programmes; strong personal or academic projects are also welcome
  • A foundation in Python, TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, Git and modern development practices
  • An understanding of testing and clean, maintainable code
  • A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Curiosity, humility and a strong desire to learn
  • You don’t need experience with every technology in our stack—we’ll help you develop
