JOB PURPOSE:
To assist with various administrative and technical duties related to:
- Cybersecurity and Governance Compliance – Supporting security assessments, documentation and implementation of best practices
- Laptop Rollout – Assisting with the deployment of new laptops, ensuring smooth transitions for end users
- Infrastructure Upgrades – Assisting with the replacement of the main server stack and network switches to improve reliability and performance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- National Diploma or Degree in ICT
- Computer Literacy: MS Office
