POST 1: CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER – COMPLIANCE
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: A postgraduate degree with accounting certification would be required (CA; ACCA; CIMA, etc)
- A minimum of 5 years relevant financial experience of which at least 2 years should have been in a managerial Controlling or Audit related Finance environment
- SAP and Microsoft Package working knowledge – at least intermediate with aptitude towards other IT systems
- A valid driving license is a must
- Experience in FMCG would represent a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage relationships across all levels within the company and externally.
- Project management skills – able to work independently
POST 2: FINANCE ANALYST
LOCATION: DURBAN
REQUIREMENTS
- Finance related qualification with a good understanding of the commercial business and an understanding of all the interrelationship/interfaces between customers, field force and accounts receivable.
- At least 1 years’ experience in Finance
- Excellent communication and motivator of change. Proactive, persuasive and creative as the job holder will be improving systems and procedures.
- Understanding of marketing and DSS (Decision Support System) processes
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Able to deliver on the Automation initiatives
- An ability to work with all levels of staff within the company and handle relationships with customers
POST 3: INDIRECT PROCUREMENT SOURCING MANAGER
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years strategic sourcing experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- FMCG experience will serve as an advantage
- Relevant business qualifications within the Supply Chain, Procurement realm would serve as an advantage
- Member of CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supplies (UK) – would represent an advantage
- Strong numerical ability and project management skills
- Good negotiation skills and influencing skills
- General understanding of the supply market, supplier capabilities and competitor activity across various categories and expected trends at a local / geographic level (Sub Saharan Africa)
- Good experience in development of contracts and agreements for low to medium risk categories
POST 4: DEPLOYMENT MANAGER FMC/NC
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN
REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing degree / diploma
- 8+ experience in Brand/Categories or Trade role
- Digital Marketing exposure
- FMCG experience nice to have
- Broad overall business awareness and understanding of inter-relationship between functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to use actionable learnings to recommend and influence decision making.
- Strong commercial understanding
- Demonstrated understanding of channels within geography/cluster
- Leadership skills required
POST 5: CRM MANAGER
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN
REQUIREMENTS
- >3 year Marketing degree / diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing with a solid understanding of direct marketing communication and marketing automation, either on agency or client side
- A consistent record in creating and delivering digital and direct marketing strategies across a spectrum of platforms and markets
- At least 2 years’ experience in CRM (preference will be given to individuals with Salesforce experience)
POST 6: ASSISTANT CORPORATE TAX MANAGER SA&BLNS
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree educated with professional accountancy/legal and/or tax qualifications;
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a corporate environment, preferably fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”) or similar environment, with exposure to tax, including an audit firm;
- Excellent corporate tax technical knowledge (including deferred tax);
- A thorough understanding and knowledge of financial management and systems generally;
POST 7: SALES PROMOTER
LOCATION: KWAZULU NATAL
REQUIREMENTS
- A Diploma/Degree is mandatory
- Driving license is mandatory
- Some activation/promotion experience would represent an advantage
- Customer Service experience would be beneficial
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Deadline driven
