The South African Breweries (SAB) invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Brewing In-Service Trainee Opportunities (X5 Posts). The closing date for applications is the 2nd November 2024

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The key purpose of this role is to operate and maintain the Brewing or Packaging process to achieve optimal equipment effectiveness.

KEY OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Problem solving ability
  • Manual dexterity

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • ND: Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Understand the chemical process of brewing the beer or the Packaging Process
  • Provided an opportunity to fulfill their experiential training or plant operation exposure
  • Monitor Process Performance
  • Work in teams
  • PC Literacy
