Who Should Apply?
Beier Group is looking for enthusiastic, driven, and career-oriented young individuals who meet the following criteria:
- South African citizens aged 18–35 years
- Targeting school leavers from Elangeni TVET College, Sithokozile Secondary School, Ilanga secondary School and Buhlebemfundo Secondary school
- Grade 12 with Mathematics Level 3 or Maths Lit Level 4
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other programme
- Eager to learn and contribute meaningfully in a professional environment
- Not studying full-time between July 2025 — July 2026
- Never participated in a YES Programme
- Must not have worked in a full-time, permanent job for more than a year
Preference may be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds, in line with the company’s transformation and development goals.
