The Beier Group Youth Employment Programme 2025 is designed as a structured work-integrated learning experience, focusing on practical on-the-job training for unemployed youth. The programme spans various departments and roles, including:

  • Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Engineering & Maintenance

This opportunity provides a solid foundation for career growth, particularly for youth who have completed relevant studies (TVET, N6, diplomas, or degrees) and are seeking workplace exposure.

 

 

Who Should Apply?

Beier Group is looking for enthusiastic, driven, and career-oriented young individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizens aged 18–35 years
  • Targeting school leavers from Elangeni TVET College, Sithokozile Secondary School, Ilanga secondary School and Buhlebemfundo Secondary school
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics Level 3 or Maths Lit Level 4
  • Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other programme
  • Eager to learn and contribute meaningfully in a professional environment
  • Not studying full-time between July 2025 — July 2026
  • Never participated in a YES Programme
  • Must not have worked in a full-time, permanent job for more than a year

Preference may be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds, in line with the company’s transformation and development goals.
