POST 1: ASSISTANT MECHANICAL FOREMAN
REFERENCE NUMBER: RAN240912-2
LOCATION: VEREENIGING, GAUTENG
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12/N3 or equivalent combined with a recognized trade test qualification in the Mechanical trade.
- 7 Years post apprenticeship experience as a mechanical artisan of which 3 years must be in a supervisory capacity.
- Computer literate.
- Code B drivers’ license and ability to pass Rand Water’s K53 Test.
- Knowledge of SAP and MAXIMO will serve as an added advantage.
POST 2: PROCESS CONTROL ASSISTANT – GENERAL

LOCATION: VEREENIGING, GAUTENG
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Basic understanding of the water treatment process.
- Code 08 Drivers license and the ability to pass the Rand Water K53 driver’s evaluation.
POST 3: ARTISAN AIDE (MECHANICAL)

LOCATION: VEREENIGING, GAUTENG
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- 6 months working experience in a Mechanical Workshop environment
- Code B driver’s license and the ability to pass the Rand Water K53 drivers evaluation.
- Safety Training.
POST 4: FITTER
REFERENCE NUMBER: RAN240912-5
LOCATION: VEREENIGING, GAUTENG
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 or equivalent coupled with a recognized trade test as a Fitter or Fitter and Turner.
- 3 years post apprenticeship experience in maintenance, service, installation and repair of Mechanical plant machinery and/or equipment
- A valid Code 08 Driver‘s license and the ability to pass Rand Water’s K53 test.
POST 5: WORKSHOP ASSISTANT (MECHANIC)

LOCATION: VEREENIGING, GAUTENG
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 & Min of N2 certificate in Motor/Diesel Mechanic Engineering Studies.
- 2-year experience as an Artisan Assistant/ in mechanic workshop environment.
- Safety training.
- Code 10 drivers’ license and ability to pass Rand Water’s K53 Test is essential
