- Matric or Grade 12 and project related qualification or project management qualification or certificate

POST 2: WATER QUALITY SPECIALIST – CUSTOMERS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Science or engineering education – NQF8
- General management education – NQF6
- 5 years of science or engineering experience in the water industry

- Code 8 driver’s licence
- Competent in WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, pro-ADOBE, Outlook, etc.
OTHER DESIRABLE NEEDS
- Science or engineering education – NQF8/9
- General management education – NQF7
- Education, marketing, or communications education – NQF6
- 8 years of science or engineering experience in the water industry
- 5 years experience managing science, engineering, education, marketing, or communications staff
- 2 years experience in consumer education, marketing, or communications
- Blue Drop / Green Drop / No Drop experience
- ISO9001 or ISO22000 experience
- Risk management experience
- Artificial intelligence experience
POST 3: PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

- Computer Literate – SAP Project System, Investment Management (Costing), Materials Management, CATS, Cost Centre Expenditure, Profit Centre Expenditure, MS Office.
- Proven communication, strong influencing, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
POST 4: TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

LOCATION: JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must have a recognized National Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences/Human Resources or Industrial Psychology equivalent qualification.
- At least 3-5 years relevant HR experience specializing in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and induction or exposure in a similar functional environment.
- Adequate knowledge of mandatory HR legislation and or any other prescripts impacting on the day-to-day functional requirements associated with this position.
- Knowledge of HRIS, specifically SAP an
- Registration as a Psychometrist will be an advantage
- Professional registration with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) or any professional body will be an advantage
