POST 1: COUPA REGIONAL COUPA SUPPORT SPECIALIST

LOCATION: JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Business or Information Technology Related Degree or Diploma.
Competencies
- A minimum 5 years of significant practical experience in an S2P environment managing the delivery of value to the business.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Coupa Source to Pay Platform and associated ERP’s, such as, SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, Mincom, and others.
- A demonstrable familiarity with Systems Analytics and Reporting tools such as Power BI is a pre-requisite.
- It is essential the incumbent is customer focused; business oriented and has strong leadership and project management skills with an emphasis on interpersonal, team building and change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to travel to Glencore sites regionally as required.
POST 2: COUPA RISK ASSESS PLATFORM MANAGER

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12.
- Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Driver’s license Code EB (08).
Minimum Experience:
- MS Office Proficiency.
- Experience in data capturing and SAP will be an added advantage.
POST 4: PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT – TRUCK AND SHOVEL

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Either a Grade 12, Surface Blasting Certificate for Coal Mines and a minimum of 5 years’ experience at a Production Supervisor Level; OR

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12.
- Opencast blasting certificate.
- Magazine Master Certificate (SA Police Service – Explosives) will be advantageous.
- Drivers’ License (Code EB/08)
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ opencast mining experience of which 1 year should be at a Blast Controller / Magazine Master level.
