POST 1: JUNIOR ICT INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICIAN (1 YEAR) FIXED TERM CONTRACT
REFERENCE NUMBER: CS/05/02
SALARY (PER ANNUM): R 317,469
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) in Information and Communication Technology: Infrastructure and User Support Management, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure and user support management or ICT Helpdesk
- Knowledge of IT service management or ICT helpdesk experience is preferred.
- At least one of the following certifications: A+ or N+ or ITIL Foundation.
- Advanced skills in M365 Office Suite (e.g. MS Word, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Capable of working independently and under pressure, adaptable, disciplined, and confident. Proficiency in writing and interpersonal communication.

POST 2: 2X ICT JUNIOR CONTRACTORS NATURAL ADABAS – 2 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACTS

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- A 3-year National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information and communication Technology
- 3 year of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge in Natural Adabas will be an advantage.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals which include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
