MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 certificate.
• National Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing / Procurement / Logistics or Business Management.
• Valid Code 08 Driver’s License

Added Advantage:

• Registration with CIPS

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Buyer / Procurement Officer

• National Diploma in Real Estate & Asset Management or Property studies.
• Valid Code 08 Driver’s License.

Added Advantage:

• Estate Agent Affair Certificate

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in Real Estate& Asset Management or similar type of experience in the property industry (commercial/retail)

• Registration with SACPCMP or other built environmental professional body

Added Advantage:

• Masters’ Degree

Experience:

• 7 years’ Project Management experience in the construction and or property industry of which 5 years must be at a management level
