The Internship Experience
- Timing & Duration:
The four-day Accelerate Vacation Internship ideal for high-achieving students gearing up for 2026 - Comprehensive Training:
You’ll participate in orientation and functional training—covering product knowledge, systems, and soft skills. The program provides mentorship, interaction with senior team members, and real-world problem-solving opportunities. - Evaluation & Future Growth:
Successful interns might be assessed for full-time graduate roles. The Graduate Programme, commencing between December 2025 and February 2026, includes a four-month immersive introduction followed by a 3‑6 month stint in the Allan Gray Academy.
Who should apply?
- Final-year undergrad or postgraduate students ready to start full-time in late 2025/early 2026
- Degrees in Commerce, Business Science, Finance, Economics, Investments, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or similar.
