Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
This is not a passive programme. You will be actively involved in real claims administration.
- Administration and Claims Processing
You will:
- Register new claims
- Load and authorise payments
- Examine and validate new claims and documentation
- Adjust claims in line with Sasria policy cover
- Ensure supporting quantum documents are correct
- Maintain document diaries on the IMS system
- Update reserves according to policy
- Follow up on outstanding proof of quantum
- Exercise judgment to analyse claims exposure
- Approve claims within delegated authority
- Escalate complex or contentious claims
- Update system notes regularly
- Inform underwriting about cover gaps or premium changes
- Handle customer enquiries professionally

- Agency and Broker Liaison
You will also:
- Negotiate settlement of claims
- Liaise with agents and brokers
