Role Purpose (What You’ll Gain)
The learnership aims to:
- Equip participants with insurance-specific skills

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following:
- Aged 18 – 25 years (including turning 25 in 2025)
- South African citizen
- Passed Matric
- English 50% or higher (mandatory)
- Mathematics is advantageous
- Unemployed with little or no work experience
- Not currently studying
- No post-Matric qualifications
- Not registered for any other learnership
- Computer literate
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Genuine interest in short-term insurance
Mandatory documents:
- Certified copy of South African ID
- Certified copy of Matric certificate
- OR Matric prelim results if currently completing Matric
Applications without ID and Matric documents will not be considered.
