The Grainlink division is responsible for silo operations, grain handling, grading, logistics, and commodity management. As a learner, you will be placed within this division to gain hands-on experience in:
- Silo operations
- Grain quality testing
- Grain handling equipment
- Administrative processes
- Grain commodity management
This programme is designed to help the next generation of agricultural professionals gain real industry experience while working towards a nationally recognised grain grading qualification.
What the Senwes Learnership Includes
Learners will benefit from:
- 12-Month Structured Training
Spend a full year learning at an operational silo while receiving mentorship from industry experts.
- Accredited Grain Grading Qualification
Receive formal, recognised training that prepares you for work as a Junior Grain Grader.
- On-the-Job Experience
