With decades of experience, the organisation focuses on the maintenance, development, and modernisation of locomotives, wagons, and critical rail infrastructure.

Traxtion is also a strong advocate for women’s inclusion in the rail and engineering industries, where female participation remains significantly underrepresented. Through the TraxWAGON Bursary Fund — inspired by its “Future of Rail is Women” campaign — Traxtion aims to empower young women with the technical skills needed to succeed and transform the sector.
