Eskom invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their 12-month Workplace Integration Positions (X50 Posts). The closing date for applications is the 13th November 2023

POSTS: WORKPLACE INTEGRATION PROGRAMME X50 (12 MONTHS)

• Task Grade: L07
• Department: Generation
• Business Unit: Group Capital
• Location: South Africa (Mpumalanga)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• National Diploma in Built Environment/Commerce/ Human Science at NQF Level 6 with 240 Credits, or
• National Diploma in Human Resources at NQF Level 6 with 240 Credits, or
• National Diploma Information Science/Archive Mngmt/Library Science/Library Science at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
• National Diploma in Safety Management/Environmental Health/Environmental Mngmt/Environmental Science at NQF6 with 240 credits

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Aged between 18 to 34
• Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
• Should not have participated / registered on the Workplace Integration Learning programme initiative before
• Should not be studying full time in the year of employment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be able to complete tasks within agreed timelines.
• Deliver assigned work accurately, consistently, within agreed timelines and as per the agreed programme.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards within timelines.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and standards of the business.
• Demonstrate effective self-management through completion of assigned tasks and activities.
