- Compliance Intern: LLB degree, B Com or equivalent x1
- Legal Intern: LLB degree or equivalent x1
- Risk Management Intern: B Degree/ or equivalent in Risk Management x1
- IT Internal Audit Intern: B Degree in IT/IT Auditing/Computer Science/Computer Auditing or equivalent x1
- Internal Audit Intern: B Degree in Commerce/Accounting x1
- Supply Chain Management Intern: B Degree in SCM, Logistics or Purchasing x1
- Project Finance & Treasury Interns: B Com Economics in Financial Management/ Investment, Commercial or any related x2
- Finance Intern: B Com Accounting or any finance related degree x1
- Engineering interns: BSc/ B Eng in Civil Engineering x3
- Engineering x2, Environment and Social x 2, and Finance x1- Interns (Based in the Lesotho Office) BSc in Environmental Science/water science/water treatment/ chemistry or related field
