This prestigious graduate programme is designed to accelerate the growth of young professionals by providing real work experience, structured development, and exposure to top leadership.

What Is the Future Leaders Development Programme?

The Tiger Brands FLDP is a 24-month rotational graduate programme aimed at grooming high-potential graduates for critical leadership and specialist roles within the business. Participants gain exposure across different functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Human Resources. Through project ownership, mentorship, and strategic involvement, the programme is a launchpad into a long-term career at Tiger Brands.

Who Should Apply?

The programme targets graduates who meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizens or permanent residents.
  • Must hold or be completing a Bachelor’s or Honours degree in relevant fields (e.g., BCom, BSc, BEng, BTech, or equivalent).
  • Strong academic record (minimum 65% average).
  • Passion for the FMCG industry and an interest in innovation, leadership, and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
