- Resident of Thabo Mofutsanyana District
- Unemployed graduate
- Holding a National Diploma in Agriculture or Farming
- Qualification must be from a recognised agricultural college / TVET institution
- First-time participant in an AgriSETA Agricultural Placement
- Willing to work anywhere within the district
- Must submit a SAPS affidavit confirming you are not funded by any other entity
