SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – FLEET MANAGEMENT (10 MONTHS CONTRACT)

REQUIREMENTS:
- A 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6/7) in Transport/fleet management and other relevant qualifications with 2-3 years’ administrative experience in Fleet Management environment.
- A Valid driver’s licence. Knowledge and understanding of Policy framework regulating Government owned and subsidised vehicles Fleet management.
- Knowledge and understanding the regulatory frameworks regulating the Implementation, administration, planning, maintenance of Records Management. Knowledge and understanding of Office support services.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial management. Knowledge and understanding of legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Knowledge and understanding of legislative and policy framework, procedures and processes regulating the Management of GG vehicles and subsidized vehicles in the Public service.
- Knowledge and understanding of Departmental procedures, processes and systems regulating the provision of Fleet Management functions in Head Office. S
