Purpose of the Job
The Administrative Assistant: Verification and Validation will play a key role in ensuring that only valid and legitimate claims are processed by the RAF. This involves a careful review of claim files, records, and documents to maintain accuracy, fairness, and transparency in the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling the movement of files and correspondence within the division.
- Conducting verification and validation of claims.
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping systems.
- Building and managing stakeholder relations.
- Performing interrogation and fact-checking of claims.
- General office administration duties to support the smooth running of the division.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- A Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) qualification.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in an office environment.
