DEPARTMENTAL MISSION:
Provision of workplace learning exposure to graduates who need workplace experience in the respective qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- National Diploma or B Degree in Business Management / Economics / Mathematical Statistics / Data Science
- Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
- National Diploma in Information Technology
- National Diploma or B Degree in Graphic design/ Marketing/ Public Administration (Affairs) / Journalism or Copywrite qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
- B Degree in HRM with Financial Accounting or Management Accounting at second level
- National Diploma or B Degree in Accounting/Payroll Management,
- Diploma or Degree in the following fields Internal audit or accounting science / Information Technology (Focus on Software Engineering/ Software Development / forensic Investigations
EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma No experience required
- Applicants will go through a selection process, and when successful be placed accordingly
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
- Assist in researching industry trends, competitor analysis, market research, or internal data to support strategic decisions.
- Gathering and analyzing data to monitor progress against strategic goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing an understanding of strategic concepts, frameworks, and their application to business problems.
- Adhere to ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism in their work.
- Contribute to achieving the organization’s strategic objectives.
