WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Participants in the Pick n Pay Learnership will be placed in different departments depending on their area of qualification:
Information Technology Stream
- Exposure to retail technologies, software solutions, and database systems.
- Practical experience in IT support, software testing, project implementation, and analytics.
- Opportunities to assist in digital transformation initiatives across stores and warehouses.
Logistics & Supply Chain Stream
- Real-world experience in inventory control, distribution planning, procurement, and transport logistics.

- Understanding the end-to-end flow of products, from suppliers to shelves.
