POST: PERMANENT BOOKKEEPER

REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- SAGE X3 experience will be an advantage.
- Internet banking experience.
- MS Excel skills at an advanced level.
- Basic skills on all MS Office packages.
- Accurate capturing of invoices and supplier information.
- Account reconciliations.
- Monthly journals.
- Intercompany loan reconciliations.
- Rework accounts to ensure cost splitting for multiple companies.
- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
