JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Production/Operations Management/Engineering or equivalent
- Qualified Artisan N3/Matric
- Experience in Can-Making will be an added advantage
- 5 years post-apprenticeship/In-service Training experience in manufacturing
- Be systematic in solving people/process/technical problems
- Have sound leadership capabilities, sound business management, and analytical skills
- Have people management skills, coaching, mentorship and performance management
- Possess effective communication and negotiation skills
- Have integrity, high energy levels and excellent interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate
POST 2: OPERATOR SIDE WALL ASSISTANT

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Sound knowledge of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Operations would be advantageous.
- High level of quality and safety awareness.
- Must be able to visually distinguish differences in colour.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in working on the Side Wall machine will be an advantage.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Excellent administration skills with attention to detail
POST 3: BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- A post graduate diploma in manufacturing and experience in 6 Sigma, will be an added advantage
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in the relevant field in a manufacturing environment
- Strong ability and knowledge to manage projects
- Sound knowledge of problem solving methodologies
