Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Jemstech YES Programme, you must:
- Be a South African Citizen.
- Be aged between 18 and 29 years.
- Have Grade 12 or equivalent and/or a post-matric certificate or programme.
Selection Criteria
Applicants must also meet the following conditions:
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer for more than 1 year.
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment.
- Must not have previously participated or registered in the YES initiative.
- All applicants will go through a recruitment process, and successful candidates will be placed within Jemstech operations across its divisions.
