- Candidates should have successfully completed N6 qualifications—such as Management Assistant, Public Administration, or related disciplines—from a recognized TVET college
- Priority is given to those who haven’t previously held internships with the municipality
Programme Overview:
- Duration: 12 months, ideal for meeting in-service training requirements tied to diploma programs
- Positions: Two internship placements are available at municipal offices in Riversdale
- Stipend: Interns receive a monthly stipend of R4000, making this opportunity accessible and supportive
Roles and Responsibilities:
Interns are embedded in various municipal departments with roles likely encompassing:
- Administrative support in offices.
- Assisting with public administration and records.
- Contributing to project coordination and community programs.
- Collaborating with mentors to complete required training logbooks and gain hands-on experience.
