JOB ADVERT SUMMARY:

Our Clover Graduate Development programme is designed to build a pipeline of high-achieving graduates who are expected to aspire to specialist or leadership positions within the Industrial Business Units.

REQUIREMENTS:

Recent graduates with honours degree in the below fields of study:

  • BSc Hons in Food Science- Microbiology/Biochemistry
  • BSc Honours in Food Chemistry
  • BEng Hons in Mechanical Engineering
  • BEng Hons in Chemical Engineering
  • BEng Hons in Electrical Engineering
  • BEng Hons in Mechatronics Engineering

COMPETENCIES:

  • Good communication skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
  • Problem solving skills
  • Results driven
  • Analytical thinking

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:       

The programme will span over a period of  18 months, during which participants rotate through different departments or projects, allowing them to build a well-rounded understanding of the business and explore various career paths.

The blend of training, mentorship, and hands-on experience will help new graduates develop critical skills, gain industry-specific knowledge, and accelerate their professional growth with the FMCG Industry.

Upon completing the programme, graduates are usually presented with permanent positions within the organization, setting them on a path to long-term career success.
