- Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering
- >10 years of experience in the mining industry with at least 5 years on site-based experience
- Experience working with geological block models and /or pit optimisation required
- Copper or another base metal experience required
- Experience leading a technical team would be highly regarded
- Advanced mining software skills, preferably within a range of software including Deswik
- Ability to travel to Glencore’s operations in Africa, Australia, and South America.
