- Always observe the work area and report any hazards to the supervisor;
- Detailed application of various techniques to determine optimum maintenance intervals for equipment with section;
- Optimisation of schedule for section;
- Balancing of available resources relative to plan;
- Analyse plan to determine areas of opportunity;
- Allocation of resources to achieve plan on a weekly basis;
- Coordination of maintenance activities on a daily basis;
- Allocation of spare resources to address backlog;
POST 2: PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT – COALING/DRAGLINE

- Either a Grade 12, Surface Blasting Certificate for Coal Mines and a minimum of 5 years’ experience at a Production Supervisor Level; OR

POST 3: ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

- N6 Certificate with engineering subjects and valid Trade Certificate (Fitter/Diesel Mechanic/Electrician/Instrumentation) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Engineering Supervisor; OR
- A relevant tertiary qualification and completion of the Graduate Development Programme.
- Dragline, Drill, Electrical Reticulation, LDV & MDV experience.
POST 4: TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

- Submit reports and keep records of all moderations
- Responsible for coaching/facilitation and moderation of Engineering learners

- Ensures that training facilities and equipment are maintained in good state of repair by conducting inspections safety audits in area of responsibility.
- Develop Engineering personnel by means of theoretical and practical evaluation.
- Design and develop learning material as required, for continual improvement of set processes and procedures.

- Grade 12 and related N2 qualification or related Technical Grade 12
- Trade Certificate (Boilermaker)
- Experience in SAP PM Systems is advantageous
- Extensive experience in using CO2 welding and arc welding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the HSEC system
POST 8: SUPERINTENDENT (RAW MATERIALS)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BTech/Degree in Chemistry/Metallurgical Engineering/ Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Raw materials handling environment
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in logistics management
- Knowledge of and experience in budget control
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent management and Leadership skills
- Self Motivated
- Computer literate (Coupa, SAP, MES & OMS knowledge advantageous)
- Good knowledge of the HSEC system
- Ability to work under pressure and must have a customer service orientation
- Formal leadership training will be an advantage
