Dynamic DNA, in proud partnership with the MICT SETA, invites applications for the Systems Development NQF Level 4 Learnership Programme specifically designed for persons living with disabilities. This initiative reflects a strong commitment to inclusivity and empowerment, offering youth the opportunity to gain both technical knowledge and workplace experience within the growing Information Technology (IT) sector.

This learnership is an excellent steppingstone for young South Africans with a passion for technology who are eager to build a career in systems development, coding, and software solutions. Minimum Entry Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Matric/Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics and English (essential).
  • Must be unemployed at the time of application.
  • Must have a valid disability certificate.
  • Must live in close proximity to Randburg in order to attend on-campus classes.
  • Must not be currently registered on another SETA-funded programme.
  • Must be a South African citizen aged between 19 and 29 years.

What the Programme Offers

Successful candidates will embark on a 12-month structured learnership that blends theory and practical training. Learners will benefit from:
