The Department of Employment and Labour, through its Compensation Fund, is opening doors for unemployed graduates across South Africa with an exciting 24 month Graduate Internship Programme. This initiative is designed to empower youth by providing practical workplace experience, mentorship, and skills that prepare them for sustainable employment in both the public and private sectors.
About the Programme
The Compensation Fund (CF), a critical branch of the Department of Employment and Labour, plays a vital role in compensating workers who are injured, disabled, or diseased due to occupational risks. Beyond its administrative function, the CF is committed to contributing to South Africa’s broader socio-economic development by upskilling graduates through structured internships.
This Graduate Internship Programme is not just a training opportunity but a platform for transformation and empowerment. Successful candidates will gain valuable hands-on exposure, industry-relevant skills, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to government operations.
