The Coega Internship Programme, based at the organisation’s Head Office in Gqeberha, has officially opened its intake for 2025. This 24-month programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic studies and the workplace by offering young graduates the opportunity to gain practical exposure in a structured and mentored environment.
Purpose of the Programme
The Coega Internship Programme aims to transfer skills and knowledge to young professionals through formalised training and mentorship. Interns will follow a set programme of activities tailored to their business unit, ensuring that they acquire both professional and practical workplace competencies. Each intern will be guided by mentors and coaches, making the transition from study to the workplace smoother and more impactful.
