Minimum Requirements
- Years of Experience with a formal qualification:
- 2 years relevant experience in Port Operations/Maritime Services/Warehouse Tally Clerk Security Official (PSIRA) Course – Grade C (3 weeks),Code 8 Drivers License, Computer literacy – including MS suite of programs and CCTV systems software, Electronic Security Systems Operators Training (one week) OR Typical Qualifications
- Grade 10 NQF 2, Clerk Security Official (PSIRA) Course – Grade C (3 weeks), Code 8 Drivers License, Computer literacy – including MS suite of programs and CCTV systems software, Electronic Security Systems Operators Training (one week) Number of years with certificates or no formal qualification:
- 3 years relevant experience relevant to the position applied for
POST 2: CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR: LEV 2: DESKTOP SUPP
EMPLOYEE GROUP: PERMANENT
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- National High Diploma in ICT or equivalent
- Min 3 years’ applicable relevant experience
- Driver’s license
OR
- Grade 12
- Min 5 years exp relevant to the position applied for
- Driver’s license
POST 3: ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER
EMPLOYEE GROUP: PERMANENT
LOCATION: EAST LONDON
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences / Environmental Management or BTech in Environmental Management or equivalent
- 5-8 years’ work experience in the management of the natural environment
- Extensive knowledge of the functioning of an ISO 14001 Management System
- Good understanding of Environmental legislation
- Valid Driver’s License
Added Advantage
- Environmental Impact Assessment experience
- Project Management
- Good Administrative and Coordination Skills
POST 4: ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
EMPLOYEE GROUP: PERMANENT
LOCATION: CAPE TOWN
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- B Com Degree (or Diploma in Financial Accounting)
- 3 – 5 years in financial environment including at least 1 year in Management Accounting environment
TPT ROC Requirements:
- Number of years with certificates or no formal qualification:
- Relevant qualification NQF 5 (120 Credits)
- Transnet Supervisory Development Programme (advantage)
- Min 8 years exp relevant to the position applied for
Standard Job Requirements
- MS Excel Advanced
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Powerpoint
