POST 1: CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (12 MONTH CONTRACT) (HAY BAND O)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Honours Degree in Behavioural Science, Organisational Development, Change Management or equivalent. Master’s Degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years in Transformation and Change Management Consulting, multi-project and Programme environment experience; finance or systems related is advantageous.
- Implementation of Project Management Office experience a plus
- Advanced computer literacy proficiency
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
POST 2: SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST (24 MONTHS CONTRACT)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science
- Information technology, or Information Systems; OR

- SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC) and Bulk Water Project implementation in a complex environment
POST 3: ARTISAN ASSISTANT X 3 TRANSPORT

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Code EC Driver’s license with PrDP
- 6 Months of experience in a similar enviroment
- Ability to assist artisan with minor repairs
- Knowledge of basic mechanical concepts
POST 4: FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- NQF level 4, with at least 5 years’ experience in the financial environment, including Asset management/ Budgeting and variance reporting/ Reconciliation
- Desired financial qualification NQF level 6
- Supervisory experience essential
- Computer literate in MS Office and SAP
POST 5: ARTISAN ASSISTANT (MOTOR MECHANIC)

- Effective (clear, professional and polite) English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in maintaining shared electronic records system
- Capability in Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook software
