Programme Overview

The ABB Graduate in Training Internship is designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and professional experience necessary to thrive in a corporate environment. Each day, interns will:

  • Finance and Accounting: Practical experience in business controlling, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
  • Occupational Health & Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment and driving health and safety awareness campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizenship.
  • BA or BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Health & Safety, or Marketing & Communication.
  • Graduates with no more than two years of work experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • A consistent academic record with at least 65% average across studies.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, problem-solving ability, and innovative thinking.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
