Key Duties Include:

  • Community education on HIV/AIDS, TB, and STIs
  • Promoting healthy lifestyles and behaviour change
  • Supporting HIV Counselling and Testing (HCT/HTS) initiatives
  • Assisting with PMTCT, ART, and PEP programmes
  • Identifying and referring Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs)
  • Data collection and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Engaging households and community structures

Important: Applicants must reside in the ward they will serve and clearly state their Ward Number.

Ward-Based Educators (Supervisors) – 5 Posts

Stipend: R4 300 per month
Contract Duration: 12 months
Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 (post-matric qualification is an advantage)

Supervisors provide leadership and coordination for field workers, ensuring quality service delivery.

  • Supervising teams of field workers
  • Planning and monitoring ward-based activities

Key Duties Include:

  • Capturing and analysing programme data
  • Verifying accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly data
  • Compiling reports for coordinators and supervisors
  • Supporting monitoring and evaluation activities
