Job Overview: Contact Centre Agent (X38 Posts)

Location:
Central Operations Centre (COC), 36 Assegai Wood Road, Centurion, Gauteng

Contract Type:
Permanent, full-time positions

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries via telephone, email, or other communication channels
  • Logging and updating calls using a CRM system
  • Providing accurate information on e-tolling and other SANRAL services
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience with professionalism and empathy
  • Meeting daily targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Contact Centre / Customer Service
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in a contact centre or call centre environment

Advantageous Skills & Experience

Applicants with the following experience will have an added advantage:

  • CRM System Proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Telephony Systems: Familiarity with contact centre telephone systems such as SMARTZ or Avaya
