- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Psychology or related field with at least 10 years extensive experience as a generalist in the Human Capital Management field, and at least 5 years credible management experience in the field
- Experience in Organisational Development.
- Knowledge of the Public Service legislative framework.
- Understanding of HR spectrum and legislations governing HR in the public sector
- Financial Management, project management. Strong HR Generalist skills. Knowledge and experience in applying human capital-related acts such as the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, and Skills Development Act.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and build stakeholder relationships.
- Computer literacy with sound knowledge of full MS Office.

POST 2: MANAGER: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

- A 3-year post-matric qualification (NQF level 7) in Supply Chain Management
- Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain and Procurement Management will be an added advantage.
- 5 Years relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management in the public sector
- Ability to manage and oversee tendering processes
- Knowledge of legislation governing the procurement of goods and services in the public sector
- In-depth knowledge of the principles espoused by the PFMA; PPPFMA; BBBEE
- Management of the Central Supplier Database processes
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to liaise at all levels within a public entity

- An appropriate, recognized 3 to 5 year higher education qualification is essential.
- The successful incumbent must have proven knowledge, experience and understanding of the verification and certification/examination process for public and private education institutions.
- 3 – 5 Years’ experience in management in verification and/or certification or a related field and extensive knowledge of the South African Education and Training Certification systems and Quality Assurance processes are required.
- Targeted for appointment to this critical management function is an individual with experience in verification and/or certification processes, relating to the qualifications registered on the General and Further Education and Training Qualifications Sub-framework (GFETQSF).
- Assistance in the development and implementation of policy relating to verification of qualifications and certificates issued is an integral part of this function.
- The incumbent must have experience in the management and engagement of policies related to qualifications.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with extensive computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite are specific requirements.
- Should have excellent telephone etiquette, stakeholder liaison skills coupled with good interpersonal relations as well as the ability to manage an extensive filing system.
- Good communication and writing skills, accurate data capturing skills, the ability to work independently, handle enquiries and work under pressure are requirements.
- Having worked in an educational environment would be an advantage.

- Knowledge and experience in the quality assurance processes and procedures for national examinations and assessment practices
