Tracker, a leader in vehicle tracking and recovery solutions, is opening exciting opportunities for 10 Installation Support Agents to join its Scheduling Division in Randburg. Job Purpose and Responsibilities

As an Installation Support Agent, your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless customer service delivery and maintaining Tracker’s high standards. Successful candidates will be expected to handle multiple responsibilities, including:

  • Customer Interaction & Support
    • Provide professional assistance to existing and prospective clients.
    • Resolve queries promptly and ensure all service standards are consistently met.
    • Take ownership of all queries and calls, ensuring resolution within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Sales & Marketing
    • Assist in marketing Tracker products to new and current customers.
    • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Scheduling & Administration
    • Schedule fitments of Tracker units and liaise directly with technicians.
    • Reschedule and manage appointments while maintaining high-quality schedules.
    • Monitor effective use of Tracker technicians and outsource work when necessary.
    • Handle data capturing, contract administration, daily reporting, and feedback.
    • Manage potential cancellations and support regional scheduling relationships.
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Work to achieve and exceed set targets.
    • Provide accurate statistical reports and maintain effective scheduling records.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (Grade 12) – compulsory.
  • Contact Centre Experience – at least 1 year.
  • Language Proficiency – bilingual (English and Afrikaans advantageous).
  • Technical Skills – computer literacy, accurate typing, and strong data capturing ability.
  • Communication – excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Ability – capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes – self-disciplined, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Other Requirements – confidence in recorded calls, strong time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
