Are you a young South African looking to break into the tourism sector? The Tourism Monitors Programme (TMP) is an exciting opportunity designed to empower unemployed youth with valuable experience, skills, and exposure to one of the fastest-growing industries in the country. Implemented across all nine provinces, the programme supports job creation while enhancing safety, service quality, and visitor experiences in tourism attractions, sites, and national parks.

The TMP equips youth with hands-on experience in tourism monitoring, visitor support, environmental awareness, and site management. If you are passionate about tourism and eager to play a role in strengthening the sector, this programme could be your gateway.
