POST 2: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, education, instructional design or a related field required (Post Graduate degree an advantage)
- 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years’ experience/exposure in learning and leadership development
- Prior experience in designing Learning & leadership development frameworks across different workforce segments and turning this into toolkits
- Demonstrated ability to maximize leader performance through developing and introducing leadership initiatives
- Strong understanding and proven track record of demonstration of effective leadership behaviours

POST 3: CUSTOMER MARKETING ANALYST

REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of sales software and customer data tools (Smart Shopper, Dunhumby, Nielsens, Shoprite B2B, Spar Insights, MicroStrategy, DataOrbis)
- Possess knowledge of the retail industry.
- Relevant B Degree
- Exhibit ability to use Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Speak confidently and articulately in front of a group
POST 4: MILLWRIGHT
CONTRACT DURATION: PERMANENT
LOCATION: 1400 SOUTH COAST RD, MOBENI, DBN, KZN
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric or equivalent
- N3 Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Electro-mechanics Trade Test.
POST 5: CULTURE, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION MANAGER
CONTRACT DURATION: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven record of successfully managing impactful organisational effectiveness projects in a large company
- Experience in building culture and change management capabilities within HR and the business

POST 6: TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRAND MANAGER
CONTRACT DURATION: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience of full life-cycle executive position recruitment experience with at least two years in a corporate environment (preferably FMCG)
- Experience working with multiple executive stakeholders with demonstrated ability to influence leaders at the highest levels of the organisation
- Previous work experience in a managerial/technical role outside of Human Resources (preferred)
POST 7: INTERN: INDUSTRIAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
