POST 1: ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

CONTRACT DURATION: PERMANENT/ MONTHS

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4+ years in User Access / Identity Management role
  • Experience in security protocols will be an advantage
  • ITSM and ITIL experience will be an advantage

POST 2: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

CONTRACT DURATION: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, education, instructional design or a related field required (Post Graduate degree an advantage)
  • 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years’ experience/exposure in learning and leadership development
  • Prior experience in designing Learning & leadership development frameworks across different workforce segments and turning this into toolkits
  • Demonstrated ability to maximize leader performance through developing and introducing leadership initiatives
  • Strong understanding and proven track record of demonstration of effective leadership behaviours
  • Learning strategy and frameworks that ignite our employees to perform, grow, thrive and innovate through education, exposure and experience

  • Possess knowledge of the retail industry.
  • Relevant B Degree
  • Exhibit ability to use Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Speak confidently and articulately in front of a group
