Internship Opportunities
- Supply Chain Management Intern
Duties:
- Assist with procurement processes and compliance with supply chain policies.
- Support tender administration, bid evaluation, and supplier database management.
- Track, monitor, and report on supply chain activities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with PFMA and Treasury guidelines.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Procurement.
- Knowledge of PFMA and SCM regulations will be an added advantage.
- Sector Development and Transformation Intern
Duties:
- Support the implementation of SHRA’s sector development and transformation programmes.
- Assist with research, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring transformation targets.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for sector development initiatives.
- Contribute to projects promoting inclusivity and innovation in social housing.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or Public Administration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills required.
- Legal Interns (X2 Posts)
Duties:
- Provide legal support and research to SHRA’s legal team.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts and compliance documents.
- Assist with governance and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
Qualifications:
- LLB Degree (completed).
- Knowledge of housing legislation and administrative law is advantageous.
Stipend and Duration
Each intern will receive a monthly stipend of R11,172.49. The programme runs for 24 months, ensuring interns gain valuable long-term exposure and meaningful work experience.
