This exciting learnership is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract and will be based in Sandton, Gauteng (X15 Posts); Sasolburg, Free State (X15 Posts) and Secunda, Mpumalanga (X20 Posts) under the HCA: Group Rewards & Human Capital Solutions (OME) division. The programme provides learners with the perfect balance of classroom learning and workplace training, aimed at developing foundational business and professional skills.
Purpose of the Learnership
The Sasol Administration Learnership is designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and experience required for effective workplace readiness. By the end of the 12-month programme, learners will have completed an accredited NQF-aligned qualification while also gaining valuable administrative work exposure in one of South Africa’s most dynamic corporate environments.
