Fields of Study Considered

RBM is seeking graduates who have completed or will complete their studies between 2024 and March 2026 in the following disciplines:

  • Accounting
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering
  • Extractive Metallurgy Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, candidates must meet the following:

  • Academic qualifications: A completed or in-progress Bachelor’s degree and/or Honours in the relevant discipline.
  • Graduation date: 2024, 2025, or by March 2026.
  • Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
  • Work experience: Not required—this is an opportunity for fresh graduates.
  • Graduate status: Applicants must not be currently enrolled in or have completed another graduate programme.
