ORBIT TVET College Mankwe Campus is calling on dedicated and trustworthy individuals to apply for the role of External Invigilator for the upcoming National Examinations 2025. Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a teaching qualification and/or a minimum National Diploma.
- Be unemployed teachers/lecturers, retired teachers/lecturers, or respected community members with relevant qualifications and experience.
- Must have successfully completed a Diploma in Business Studies, Engineering Studies, or a University qualification with no outstanding subjects.
- Must not be registered to sit for the same examinations at any institution.
- Be willing to disclose any close relationships (relative, partner, friend, or neighbour) with candidates writing the examinations.
- Must not be enrolled in any learnership or internship programme.
- Possess 1–2 years of invigilation experience or prior involvement in examination-related duties at an educational institution.
- Demonstrate qualities of honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness.
Key Responsibilities
As an invigilator, your role is to:
- Oversee the examination process with professionalism.
- Ensure that examination rules and regulations are strictly followed.
- Uphold the integrity of the assessment process by preventing any form of misconduct.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates during the examination.
This role requires individuals who are vigilant, ethical, and committed to fairness in education.
