N3 Toll Concession Proprietary Limited (N3TC) has opened applications for an exciting National Certificate: Project Management NQF Level 4 Learnership. The learnership is open to applicants residing in the following local municipalities along the N3 corridor:
- uMngeni
- Mpofana
- INkosi Langalibalele
- Alfred Duma
- Okhahlamba
- Maluti-a-Phofung
- Phumelela
- Mafube
- Dipaleseng
This ensures that the programme directly benefits local communities along the N3 corridor.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this valuable opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Reside within the vicinity of the N3 Toll Route corridor.
- Possess a valid Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Be unemployed at the time of application.
- Fall within the 18 to 28 years age group.
- Be proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Have basic computer skills.
- Must not be currently enrolled in a learnership, internship, YES programme, or any other experiential learning initiative.
- Be available and willing to participate fully in the programme between 1 November 2025 and 31 October 2026.
- Willingness to relocate to Johannesburg for the duration of the programme.
