With 15 posts available, this short yet impactful programme runs for three months and is designed to help experienced individuals formalise their skills through the Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL) route.

The ARPL Electrician Programme targets individuals who have developed significant practical skills in the electrical field but have not had the opportunity to gain formal qualifications. Qualification Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least three (3) years relevant experience in the field of Electrical Engineering.
- Citizenship: Open only to South African citizens.
- Additional Notes: Candidates must not have previously served in a learnership, skills programme, or apprenticeship.
