The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) is responsible for overseeing South Africa’s post-school education and training system—including universities, TVET colleges, SETAs, community colleges, and skills development initiatives.

POST 1: Intern – Legal Services (Ref No: 12/2025)
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / NCV Level 4
- A recognised 3-year Diploma in Paralegal Studies, OR
- A 4-year Degree in Law or Legal Studies
Suitable for graduates interested in:
Legal advisory support, administration of legal documents, compliance, policy interpretation, and exposure to public-sector legal frameworks.
POST 2: Intern – College Council Secretariat

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / NCV Level 4
- A recognised three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
- Public Management
- Public Administration
- Office Management
- Office Administration
- Office Management and Technology
Suitable for graduates interested in:
Governance support, minute-taking, administrative coordination, council reporting, and office leadership functions.
