Apprenticeship Programme Overview

The programme includes:

  • Classroom-based learning
  • Hands-on practical training in a real engineering environment
  • Trade test preparation
  • A recognised trade certificate upon successful completion

  • Fitting & Machining

You will join the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Mining Team, gaining exposure to global engineering standards and practices.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following:

Academic Requirements

  • Grade 12 with:
    • English, and
    • Mathematics (NOT Maths Literacy)
    • Minimum Level 3 (40%+), OR
  • N3 Mechanical qualification

Other Requirements

  • Experience in a technical environment (advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Passion and aptitude for engineering
  • Must upload ID + Qualifications on Workday
